Hi, I tried installing the software by downloading CV628H-T42_1920x1080_ELEKTA_DUBAI. Now remote is not working. My display size is changed with offset. I am getting split screen with reduced display quality and lines. My tv panel buttons option also changed. Only power button is same all others interchanged.
